Mums Therapy is very special component of Awareness Psychology. One of the most challenging periods of my life was when I became a mother. Motherhood is a wonderful, precious and very rewarding chapter of life but at the same time it can also be quite stressful, overwhelming and lonely. In addition, if you live abroad you miss the convenience of having family around to help you. Mum’s Therapy aims to help new mums transition smoothly into the new role of motherhood.
